Jonny Murray - 1000th NHL Game

Linesman Murray to celebrate this milestone tonight in Florida

Tonight in Sunrise FL, linesman Jonny Murray will be celebrating his 1,000th NHL Regular Season Game at the BB&T Center when the Montreal Canadiens visit the Florida Panthers. Tonight’s is Jonny 1,022th NHL Regular Season Game, the Quebec city native waited until the Holidays break to celebrate his milestone to make sure family and friends from back home could attend this special event. Murray made his NHL debut on October 7th, 2000 in Ottawa when the Dallas Stars visited the Senators.

Having the privilege of working this special assignment with Jonny will be Referees Marc Joannette and Eric Furlatt while his partner on the lines will be linesman Pierre Racicot.

The NHLOA would like to congratulate linesman Jonny Murray on this outstanding achievement.
