Greg Kimmerly - 1000th game

Greg Kimmerly reached this Milestone March 22nd in Toronto

The NHLOA would like to recognize the tremendous accomplishment of one of our fellow officials.

On Saturday March 22nd, Greg Kimmerly worked his 1000th NHL regular season game as a Referee as The Montreal Canadiens visited The Toronto Maple Leafs at The Air Canada Center. He was joined on the ice by Tom Kowal, Derek Amell and Anthony Sericolo.

Greg began his career on November 30th, 1996 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania as the Penguins hosted The Boston Bruins. He was selected to work the 2006 All Star game in Dallas, TX.

Now residing Thornhill Ontario, Greg was joined by friends and family on Saturday night.

We wish to congratulate Greg, his wife Deborah, his son Sean, and his daughter Danielle on all the hard work and sacrifice made over his career in order to reach this great milestone.
